All designs, graphics, logos, and concepts sold under Permanent are the exclusive property of Permanent.

You may not copy, steal, recreate, modify, or resell any Permanent designs in any form. Any unauthorized use of our designs will result in legal action when necessary.

 

 

2. Reselling Policy

 

 

Reselling Permanent products for profit is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission is given by Permanent. Bulk buying for resale, duplication, or redistribution is not allowed.

 

 

3. Payments

 

 

All payments must be completed in full at checkout. We require steady and valid payment methods. Any attempt to charge back, falsely dispute payments, or manipulate the payment process will be considered fraud.

 

 

4. No Scams or Discount Abuse

 

 

Attempting to scam, falsely claim lost items, abuse discount codes, or pressure for free products or price reductions is not tolerated. Permanent reserves the right to cancel orders and block users who engage in such behavior.
